1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiincomedrive.pro and your enrolment in any drive module, format or programme offered by AI Income Drive Pte. Ltd. ("AI Income Drive," "we," "us"). By submitting an enquiry, registering for a cohort, or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company for corporate AI income training, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of services

AI Income Drive provides vocational, fee-based training in AI-assisted income skills, delivered through six sequential drive modules — Drive 1 through Drive 5 and the Drive Capstone — across live cohort, self-paced, weekend intensive, corporate training, 1:1 skills review and alumni Q&A formats. Full module descriptions and indicative SGD pricing are published on our Programmes page and format details on our Services page; both may be updated between cohorts.

3. Brand-name clarification clauses

Because our brand uses words with other common meanings, these Terms include specific clarifications that form part of our agreement with you:

3.1 "Drive" clause. The word "Drive" in our name, module titles (Drive 1 through Drive 5, Drive Capstone) and marketing describes a structured, sequential training path — it drives your skills forward through defined stages. It does not refer to, and creates no rights or obligations relating to, motor vehicles, transport services, ride-hailing, logistics, or any motoring-related business. Any resemblance to such businesses in name only is coincidental and immaterial to the services we provide.

3.2 "Income" clause. The word "Income" in our name and domain describes the subject-matter focus of our curriculum — skills relevant to generating billable income from AI-assisted work. It is not, and must not be construed as, a representation, warranty or guarantee that you will earn any income, profit, salary, or specific financial outcome from enrolling in or completing any module. Any figures, case examples or scenarios referenced in our materials are illustrative only and not a forecast of your own results.

3.3 ".pro" domain clause. The ".pro" top-level domain in aiincomedrive.pro is a generic domain extension choice and does not indicate, and should not be relied upon as indicating, any professional licence, regulatory registration, trading platform status, or brokerage relationship. We hold no financial services licence and provide no investment, trading, or brokerage services of any kind.

3.4 No guarantee clause. For the avoidance of doubt, AI Income Drive does not guarantee income, profit, client acquisition, employment, or any specific earning outcome from any module, format, or the full income drive curriculum. We guarantee the delivery of the training content, facilitation and materials described for the format and module you enrol in.

4. Enrolment, payment and confirmation

Enrolment is confirmed once we receive full payment (or a deposit, where instalment plans are agreed in writing) and issue a confirmation email. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are indicative ranges on our Programmes page pending final scoping for corporate and custom formats. We reserve the right to adjust published prices for future cohorts; the price applicable to your enrolment is the price confirmed at the time of payment.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Participants may request to reschedule into a later cohort of the same module at no charge if the request is made at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date, subject to seat availability. Cancellations made at least fourteen calendar days before the start date are eligible for a refund less a reasonable administrative fee; cancellations made closer to the start date, or after materials have been issued, are generally non-refundable. AI Income Drive reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a comparable cohort.

6. Participant conduct and use of AI tools

You agree to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude responsibly during sessions and practice exercises, in line with the respective provider's own terms of use, and to apply human review to any AI-generated output before using it for actual client work. You agree not to submit practice materials that infringe third-party intellectual property or confidentiality obligations, and to keep classroom discussions of anonymised client scenarios free of identifying details about real third parties without their consent.

7. Certificates and outcomes

Certificates issued on completion of a module or the full curriculum confirm participation and completed practice hours. They are not professional qualifications, licences, or accreditations recognised by any regulatory body, and do not constitute a guarantee of competency assessed against any external standard. As set out in Clause 3.4, we make no representation about the income or employment outcomes that may follow completion.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, templates, slide decks and branded content provided as part of our modules remain the intellectual property of AI Income Drive Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Participants may use materials for their own personal or business learning purposes but may not resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute them without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Income Drive Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of our training services or reliance on AI-generated output produced during or after our sessions. Our total liability arising from any single enrolment shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific module or format.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your enrolment shall first be addressed informally by contacting [email protected]; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. What these courses do not include

For clarity, our modules do not include investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, crypto or forex trading signals, multi-level marketing recruitment, executive MBA credentials, life coaching, wellness programmes, coding bootcamp degrees, or placement into salaried roles. Mentions of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or other AI tools are educational references only and do not imply partnership, endorsement or certification by those tool providers. Participants remain responsible for their own professional decisions, client contracts and compliance obligations after applying any workflow practised in class.

12. Force majeure and studio operations

If delivery of a live cohort at our Marina Centre / Suntec Tower Two studio is delayed or interrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including venue closure, public health orders, severe weather or infrastructure failure — we may shift the remaining sessions online, reschedule dates, or offer a credit toward a later intake. We will notify enrolled participants by email as soon as practicable and work to preserve the teaching hours purchased.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where you have an active enrolment, communicated to you directly before the change takes effect for your cohort. Continued attendance after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for the remainder of that cohort, unless you cancel under the refund rules in Clause 5.
