Programmes — the income drive curriculum
Six drive modules, sequenced from tool foundations through to a personal AI income action plan. Each module is a structured income course with SGD pricing, practice drills and facilitator review.
The income drive curriculum is built as a module sequence rather than a single workshop. Every drive is scoped to build one skill cluster — tool literacy, client service workflow, packaging, pricing or productivity — and to leave you with an artefact you can reuse in real billable work. We describe this as billable workflow training because the practice tasks mirror what a client-facing operator actually does: draft, review, price and deliver.
Foundations — Tools & Workflows
Drive 1 sets up the operating layer for the rest of the income drive curriculum: safe account setup for ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude, prompt engineering fundamentals, and a first pass at mapping your own AI workflows against real client tasks. Participants leave with a personal prompt library, a checklist for verifying AI output, and clarity on which tasks in their trade are genuinely suited to AI assistance versus which still need full manual handling. This module is the required entry point for every other drive in the sequence.

Client Service Workflow with AI
Drive 2 focuses on the ops AI income module that sits between "using a tool" and "running a service." You will map a repeatable client service workflow with clear handoff points, build a review checklist that catches AI errors before they reach a client, and practise turning a rough brief into a structured intake process. Small-group sessions let you test your workflow against a peer's real scenario, with facilitator feedback on where the workflow is too slow, too rigid, or missing a verification step.

Packaging AI-Assisted Services for Billable Work
Drive 3 turns your workflow into an offer. You will practise writing scope documents, defining deliverables in plain language, and structuring packages that a client can approve without a long back-and-forth. We cover how to disclose AI assistance honestly in a proposal, how to bundle review time into your package, and how to avoid overselling automation that still needs your judgement. Every participant leaves with at least one packaged offer draft ready to send to a real prospect.

Pricing & Scope for Income Growth with AI
Drive 4 is our dedicated pricing workshop: hourly versus package pricing, scope creep guardrails, and how to price the human review layer that sits on top of AI-assisted drafts. We work through anonymised pricing scenarios so you can benchmark your own numbers without disclosing client-sensitive figures. The goal is income growth through better structure, not through inflated promises — we are explicit that pricing confidence comes from clear scope, not from claiming AI makes work instant.

Productivity for More Billable Output
Drive 5 addresses the practical ceiling most operators hit: there are only so many hours in a week. We teach structured AI workflows for batching similar tasks, templating recurring deliverables, and building a weekly review cadence that keeps quality high as volume grows. This is self-paced by default so you can apply techniques against your own calendar, with an optional live check-in for participants who want facilitator feedback on their productivity system before the capstone.

Personal AI Income Action Plan
The Drive Capstone is a guided 1:1 skills review where a facilitator helps you assemble everything from Drive 1 through Drive 5 into one personal AI income action plan: your prompt library, your client service workflow, your packaged offer, your pricing model and your productivity cadence, mapped against your own trade and market. You leave with a written plan and a certificate of participation — not a promise about what you will earn, but a clear, audit-ready starting point for your next quarter of billable work.

Evening classroom track
For participants who cannot attend daytime sessions, most drive modules also run as an evening classroom track twice a week at our Marina Centre studio. The pace and syllabus are identical to the daytime live cohort — only the schedule changes. Corporate groups and alumni returning for a refresher often prefer this slot because it fits around a full-time role.
Choosing your entry point
New participants generally start at Drive 1. If you already use AI tools daily and only need help turning that into billable structure, our team can assess whether starting at Drive 2 or Drive 3 is appropriate during a short intake call — see Contact for a drive programme enquiry.
