How AI Income Drive Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 17 July 2026.
1. Introduction and scope
AI Income Drive Pte. Ltd. ("AI Income Drive," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of visitors to aiincomedrive.pro and of participants enrolled in our income drive curriculum. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This policy applies to our website, our contact and enrolment forms, and our in-person and online training sessions delivered from our studio at 9 Temasek Boulevard, #04-08 Suntec Tower Two, Singapore 038989.
By using this website or submitting a form to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not submit personal data to us and contact us at [email protected] with any questions before doing so.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in a small number of defined situations rather than continuously tracking visitors. The categories of personal data we may collect include:
- Contact and enquiry data: full name, email address, phone number, subject of enquiry, and the content of any message you submit via our contact form.
- Enrolment data: full name, email, phone, billing details necessary to process programme payment, cohort or format preference, and any accessibility or scheduling notes you choose to share.
- Corporate training data: company name, work email, role, and team size when you enquire about corporate AI income training on behalf of an organisation.
- Session and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies where you have given consent — see our Cookie Policy for detail.
- Course-related work product: practice exercises, drafts and workflow documents you submit for facilitator review during drive modules, which may contain business information relevant to your own trade.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data such as health records, financial account numbers, or biometric identifiers, and we ask that you do not include such information in free-text fields like the enquiry message box.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data for the following purposes, consistent with the purposes for which it was collected and any consent you have given:
- Responding to enquiries submitted through our contact form, including drive programme enquiries, corporate AI income training requests, cohort registration questions, and general inquiries;
- Processing enrolment in a live cohort, self-paced track, weekend intensive, corporate training engagement, 1:1 skills review or alumni Q&A session;
- Administering payment, invoicing and receipts for paid programmes;
- Providing facilitator feedback on practice exercises and capstone action plans submitted during the income drive curriculum;
- Sending administrative communications about scheduling, venue, or material changes to a cohort you are enrolled in;
- With your separate marketing consent only, sending updates about new cohorts, modules or promotions;
- Maintaining the security, integrity and proper functioning of our website and systems;
- Complying with applicable Singapore law, including tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, we rely on one or more of the following bases to process your personal data: your explicit consent (for example, ticking the consent checkbox on our contact form or a marketing opt-in); the deemed consent that arises from you voluntarily providing data for a reasonably contemplated purpose, such as replying to an enquiry; and, where applicable, exceptions to consent permitted under the PDPA, such as data required to comply with legal obligations or to manage an existing enrolment contract with you. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to reasonable notice, and understanding that withdrawal may affect our ability to continue providing a service you have requested.
5. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, only as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Facilitators delivering the specific module or session you are enrolled in, limited to what they need to provide feedback;
- Payment processors and accounting service providers who process enrolment fees on our behalf;
- IT hosting and email service providers who store or transmit data as part of operating this website;
- Professional advisers such as auditors or lawyers, where necessary for legitimate business purposes;
- Government authorities, where required by Singapore law or a valid legal request.
Any third party who processes personal data on our behalf is bound by contractual obligations to protect that data to a standard consistent with the PDPA and this policy.
6. Use of third-party AI tools
Our facilitators may reference or demonstrate third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude during sessions. We do not upload your personal enquiry or enrolment data into these tools. If you choose to use your own accounts with such tools during practice exercises, your interactions with those tools are governed by the respective provider's own privacy policy, not by this policy.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact enquiry data that does not lead to enrolment is generally retained for up to twenty-four months to allow for follow-up and service improvement, then deleted or anonymised. Enrolment and financial records are retained for the period required under Singapore accounting and tax regulations, typically five years. Course-related practice submissions are retained for up to twelve months after programme completion to support alumni Q&A follow-up, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
8. Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These include access controls on our systems, use of reputable hosting and email providers, and limiting access to personal data to staff and facilitators who need it for the purposes described in this policy. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
9. International transfer of data
Where we use service providers located outside Singapore (for example, cloud hosting infrastructure), we take steps to ensure that any overseas recipient of personal data provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, consistent with the PDPA's requirements on transferring personal data outside Singapore.
10. Your rights as a data subject
Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Withdraw consent for a purpose you previously consented to, subject to reasonable notice and legal or contractual restrictions;
- Ask us to stop using your data for direct marketing purposes at any time;
- Request deletion of personal data we no longer need for the purpose it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify you and your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with PDPA guidance, generally within thirty days.
