Who we are
AI Income Drive Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-registered vocational training company (UEN 202978452K) operating from Suntec Tower Two in the Marina Centre district, close to Esplanade. We run one core product: a six-module income drive curriculum that teaches working professionals how to turn AI tool fluency into billable, client-ready service delivery. We are a small, focused team — we do not run dozens of unrelated courses, and we do not claim to be a university, an accelerator, or an investment house.
The company was set up because the founders kept seeing the same gap in the market: plenty of generic "how to use ChatGPT" content, very little structured training on how to actually price, package and deliver AI-assisted work to a paying client without over-promising what the technology can do. Income Drive exists to close that specific gap, module by module.
Our facilitator approach
We are direct about who teaches our modules: working practitioners with real client-facing experience in service delivery, operations or freelance consulting, not academics and not "professors." We do not manufacture titles or claim university affiliations that do not exist. Facilitators are chosen because they have priced, packaged and delivered AI-assisted work themselves and can show their reasoning, not because of a certificate wall.
Each drive module is led by a facilitator who reviews practice submissions personally against a published rubric. Feedback is specific — "this scope line is ambiguous, here is why" rather than a generic pass mark. We keep cohort sizes small enough that this level of review is realistic, which is also why our live cohorts run on a fixed intake schedule rather than rolling enrolment.
Our Marina Centre district studio
Our studio sits at 9 Temasek Boulevard, #04-08 Suntec Tower Two, in the Marina Centre district — a short walk from Esplanade and well served by the Suntec and City Hall areas. We chose this location for accessibility: most live cohort participants can reach us on a lunch break or straight after work without a long detour. Corporate cohorts sometimes prefer we travel to their office instead, which we can arrange for group bookings.
What "drive," "income," and ".pro" do not mean
Because our brand uses words that carry other meanings elsewhere, we want to be unusually clear. "Drive" in our name refers to a structured training path — a sequence of modules that drives your skills forward — and has nothing to do with cars, motoring, transport services, or cloud storage products. "Income" in our name describes the subject matter we teach — skills related to billable income from AI-assisted work — and is not a promise that you will earn any particular amount, or indeed any income at all; outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, market and existing trade. And the ".pro" in our domain is simply a generic top-level domain choice, not a reference to any trading platform, brokerage, or financial product — we hold no financial licences and offer no investment services of any kind.
We also want to be clear about the word "income" specifically: nothing on this site should be read as a claim of guaranteed salary, guaranteed client work, or guaranteed profit. We teach a structured income course in AI-assisted service skills; what you do with those skills afterwards is your own business decision.
